Adam Erlandson brings over 16 years of civil engineering experience in Central Oregon and a lifelong passion for building and problem-solving. After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2004, Adam has gone on to lead numerous private development projects throughout the region.
As the founder and principal of Know Ledge Engineering, Adam provides hands-on leadership in project management, engineering design, construction documentation, and quality control. He is also highly experienced in guiding projects through local land use processes, permitting, and construction—making him a valuable partner from concept to completion.

Ben Ewing is a proud Central Oregon native, graduating as valedictorian from La Pine High School in 2011 before earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University in 2015. He began his career with a Pacific Northwest engineering firm, where he gained valuable experience across a wide range of civil infrastructure projects—including municipal water and wastewater systems, transportation, residential subdivisions, and site design for major data centers.
In 2021, Ben returned to his roots by joining Know Ledge Engineering with a focus on community development in the region he calls home. He brings over six years of experience in 3D site design and contract administration, with expertise in stormwater and drainage systems, grading and roadway modeling, utility coordination, and multidisciplinary project collaboration.
Ben is passionate about contributing to the growth of Central Oregon and is known for his approachable style, technical skill, and commitment to collaborative problem-solving.
